There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.

Grace T., Boyceville"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Boyceville"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Boyceville"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Boyceville"Extraction from a tricky corner behind built-in cabinetry was handled without damaging the cabinets themselves."
Julian V., BoycevilleThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 54725, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
